Acceptance of Terms of Use

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and winbox05 ("Platform", "We"). This agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the registration process or access any content on winbox05.best.

These terms cover all aspects of using the winbox05 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus usage, Sports Betting activity, online casino games, slots, jackpots, and all other forms of interaction with the winbox05 platform.

• By registering a winbox05 account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful.
• By using winbox05, you agree to comply with all terms, conditions, policies, and rules set by winbox05.
• You understand that betting involves the risk of losing money, and you are solely responsible for your own betting decisions.

Membership Eligibility

To become a winbox05 member and access the services offered, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. winbox05 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be terminated immediately.
• Location: winbox05 services are intended for users accessing the platform from Malaysia. Using a VPN or any other method to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographic restrictions is a violation of these terms.
• One Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one winbox05 account. Opening multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated and all balances frozen.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any legal prohibition on using online betting services.

Registration & Account Management

Registering a winbox05 account is free and can be completed in just a few minutes. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested in the registration form.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your winbox05 account password secure at all times and not sharing it with anyone.
• Notifying winbox05 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your personal information up to date whenever changes occur.
• Not allowing anyone else to use your winbox05 account for any reason.

Winbox05 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account if you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials.

Deposit & Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit into a winbox05 account is RM20. All deposits must be made using a payment method accepted by winbox05 at the time of the transaction. Supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. All deposits are processed within seconds upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• Deposits must come from a legitimate source and must belong to the registered member.
• Winbox05 reserves the right to decline or withhold any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• There are no hidden fees on deposits — the amount you put in is the amount credited to your winbox05 account.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals to eWallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay are processed within 15 to 30 minutes under normal conditions. Withdrawals to bank accounts via DuitNow take between 30 minutes and 2 hours, depending on your bank and the time the request is submitted.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to an eWallet or bank account held in the same name as the winbox05 account.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, winbox05 may require identity verification such as a copy of your identification card.
• Funds credited through bonuses must meet the rollover requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• Winbox05 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security review purposes, for a period not exceeding 5 business days.

Bonus & Promotions

Winbox05 offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each respective promotion. The general conditions that apply to all winbox05 bonuses are as follows:

• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each member is entitled to use each promotion type once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise by winbox05.
• Rollover Requirements: All deposit bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements stated in each promotion. This means the bonus amount (and sometimes the original deposit) must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a validity period within which its rollover requirements must be met. Bonuses that do not meet the conditions within the stated period will be automatically forfeited.

Sports Betting Rules

All Sports Betting at winbox05 is governed by general rules as well as sport-specific regulations. The following are the core principles that apply to all betting on winbox05:

6.1 Placing Bets

• All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the winbox05 system are final and cannot be cancelled, except in circumstances specifically stated.
• Winbox05 reserves the right to decline, reduce, or void any bet without providing a reason, particularly where there is an error in the odds or match information.
• Odds may change between the time a bet is placed and the time it is confirmed. Bets will be settled at the odds in effect at the time of confirmation by the winbox05 system.

6.2 Bet Settlement

• Bets are settled based on official results announced by the relevant sports governing body.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, any related bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules as set out by winbox05.
• For Malaysia Super League and EPL football matches, any fixture postponed by more than 48 hours from its original date will be declared void and all stakes refunded.
• Winbox05's decisions on all matters relating to bet settlement are final.

6.3 In-Play Betting

• In-play and live betting on winbox05 is subject to broadcast delays. winbox05 is not responsible for any losses arising from the time difference between actual events and what is displayed on the platform.
• Winbox05 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.

Responsible Gaming

Winbox05 is committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help members better manage their gaming activity:

• Daily Deposit Limit: You can set a daily deposit limit in your winbox05 account settings to control how much you load into the platform each day.

• The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorized techniques to interact with the winbox05 platform is strictly prohibited.

• Use of insider information or unfair advantages in Sports Betting.

Account Suspension & Termination

Winbox05 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any member's account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any terms and conditions outlined in this document.
• Flagging of fraud or money laundering activity by authorities or winbox05's internal detection systems.
• Failure to verify a member's identity when requested.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In cases where an account is terminated due to a breach of winbox05's terms, all balances associated with the violating activity may be forfeited. For terminations that do not involve a breach, any valid balance will be returned to the member via an appropriate payment method.

Members whose accounts have been unfairly terminated have the right to appeal within 30 days of the termination date by contacting the winbox05 support team at support@winbox05.best.

Liability Limits

Winbox05 and any of its affiliated companies, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of betting activity on the winbox05 platform.
• Service disruptions resulting from system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond winbox05's control.
• Any data loss arising from events beyond our reasonable control.
• Betting decisions made based on inaccurate information obtained from external sources.

In any event, the maximum total liability of winbox05 in relation to any member claim shall not exceed the actual deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Terms & Conditions Amendment

Winbox05 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to members. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page.

It is your responsibility as a winbox05 member to review this terms and conditions page periodically. Continued use of the winbox05 platform after any amendments are published will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any amendments to these terms, you should stop using the winbox05 platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
